Why I work at Cross Road-I started working at crossroads medical as a registered nurse because I wanted to combine medical care with my faith as a ministry to my patients.  While working at cross roads I finished my Master’s degree, through Frontier Nursing University.  I enjoyed mentoring under Dr. Richardson and Verna Schad NP and I learned how to combine primary care and ministry.   I love the community of Delta Junction and its rural location and the challenges this brings to the practice of medicine. After graduation I wanted to continue to serve the Delta community and healthcare needs.

WHY WE LOVE CRHM

“I want to work in a facility that gives quality care as an aspect of ministry whose focus is glorifying God.”

John Fraley, IAMC

“Combining medical care and my faith as a ministry interests me as a way to practice my occupation while also trying to be an outreach for God. Delta Junction is a relatively rural location which make the “practice of medicine” different than an urban based clinic in ways that I find to be more interesting, challenging, and rewarding.”

Sean Richardson, IAMC

“I enjoy the challenge of caring for a multicultural population in a beautiful setting and wonderful staff to work with.”

Verna Schad, IAMC
