Cross Road Medical Center (CRMC) phone calls are transferred to an answering service from:
5pm – 9am, daily
ALL DAY on Saturdays and Sundays
During any other office closures
For our Glennallen CRMC location, phone triage is available 24 hours a day. However, no provider will be available for on-site visits after hours or on weekends.
Patients calling CRMC will be prompted by the after-hours message on how to obtain the after-hours answering service.
Triage access and advice to patients are available after hours by phone only.
