I spent nearly my whole summer of 09 down in this area. Fishing, traveling, staking property, fishing some more, working. I was very fortunate when I inquired that CRMC had a position open for a family nurse practitioner. I look forward to working here for many years and building a small cabin on our property out by Lake Louise.

Hudson, D.O., Medical Director Degree(s): Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Role: Dr. Hudson is on contract with Cross Road as a consultant and oversees quality assurance within our Medical Department. He conducts quarterly reviews of our providers and reports to the CEO and COO. He is also responsible for reviewing and approving Medical and Nursing Department policies and procedures.
	Joel R. Medendorp, PhD, MBA, Chief Executive Officer Role: Joel directs the overall operation of the facility’s activities in accordance with current applicable Federal, State and local standards, guidelines and regulations, to assure that the highest degree of quality patient care is maintained at all times. 	Susan Sura, Chief Operating Officer, Privacy Officer Role: Susan is a senior manager who oversees the day to day operations of Cross Road. She directly oversees several departments and works with other managers to ensure the continuity and quality of the health care we provide.
