Patient Feedback

We're Committed to Continuous Quality Improvement

Since 2004, Cross Road has used a formal system to collect, assess and respond to feedback from our patients. Our Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Committee meets monthly to discuss patient feedback. We then plan and implement improvements to our medical care delivery. The CQI Committee is currently headed up by Deborah Crowe, FNP-BC.

All of the thoughtful feedback and constructive criticism we receive is taken seriously and handled confidentially.
